Send us your website address, requested changes, website access, and all required text, images, or files. Please also include a short screen-recorded video—such as Loom or another shareable recording—walking us through the requested changes.
We will determine whether your request fits a Quick Fix or Half-Day Sprint. If the request is unclear, requires custom development, or is larger than the selected package, we will let you know before invoicing you.
Once the scope is confirmed, we will send your invoice. Full payment reserves your production spot.
Our team will work through the approved request for up to the production time included in your selected package.
Your package includes one consolidated revision round covering the originally approved scope.

We will complete as many approved items as reasonably possible within the production time included in your package. Prioritize your most important requests first.
This introductory offer supports existing WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Weebly, and Squarespace websites. Custom theme development, advanced Shopify configuration, app integrations, custom code, and platform migrations require a separate review and estimate.
Clients are responsible for providing final text, images, files, and instructions. Copywriting, image sourcing, and strategy require a separate estimate.
New requests are outside the approved scope. We can review them separately and provide another estimate or recommend an additional sprint.
We will stop when the included production time is reached and explain what remains. No additional work will be completed or billed without your approval.
